The last thing you would expect to hear out of blonde haired blue-eyed Scott Isbell is a soulful voice. Isbell is a multifaceted performer. From acting on stage and in TV and films to a talented vocalist with a voice full of soul, Scott is destined to be a household name. Starting at the tender age of three, Scott has devoted himself to honing both his acting skills and his vocal abilities to ensure every performance is better than the last. At the age of 12, Scott competed and represented Massachusetts as a singer on USA’s Most Talented Kids.
Without any assistance from an agency or manager, Scott landed himself professional acting roles in both TV and film. Scott ‘s acting career includes many roles in theater productions, TV commercials and the Emmy Award Winning Kids series Aqua Kids. “Aqua Kids has been such a great show to be part of because it focuses on trying to save our planet,” Says Scott. Another acclaimed performance of Scott’s is the role of Chris the magician in the feature film Ironsides. Scott also can be seen in a music video for Dying Season. Isbell has received personal advice on his career from legendary Broadway actress Ellen Harvey and also from the famous, Snapple Lady, Wendy Kaufman.

As a vocalist, his live performances grab the audience with his innocent yet electrifying voice and a high-energy stage presence that earned him the privilege of opening for Lord Jamar of Brand Nubian. The concert was put on by Wu-Tang Management. Scott’s voice is constantly compared to The King of Pop, Michael Jackson. Phaedra Butler, who sang and toured with New Kids On The Block, said, “I thought I was listening to Michael Jackson!” Isbell has performed around the United States at venues such as The MGM Grand, The Hard Rock, Disney World, Foxwoods Resort and Casino, and more. Isbell has also worked with, Hip Hop pioneers, Wu-Tang Management, and has performed in several of their shows. Scott was selected to perform in a national young performers under 18 showcase at the Hard Rock Cafe in Boston, where he was just one of fourteen to be selected from around the country.
Hollywood Tweet said about Scott, “PROOF age does not matter when it comes to TALENT!” Scott has had help with his career management by bodyguard and rapper, Walter Pope AKA Mr. Flip-It, who calls him the “best kept secret.” Scott’s music has been played on the radio in both the United States and Australia. Just recently, Scott was a contestant and performed on the Emmy award-winning TV Show, Community Auditions, where he sang a ballad of his called “I Miss You.” Sib Hashian, the original drummer of the legendary rock group Boston, called Scott and his performance “DYNAMITE!” Earlier this year, Isbell was honored to have the chance to sing for superstar Ne-Yo.
At the beginning of 2011, Isbell released his debut single “The One” under Island Def Jam Digital Distribution. “The One”, which is available worldwide on both iTunes and Amazon, was written by Scott. The song has attracted the attention of major labels, music executives, producers, and radio stations around the country. Amazingly enough, Scotty did not rely on a recording engineer, but rather recorded and produced the song by himself in his own studio located in his bedroom. Thanks to a home studio producer from Florida, “The One” was mastered and brought to radio quality.
Isbell’s story has been compared to, pop singer, Mike Posner, who recorded and produced his own tracks in his dorm room at Duke University.

Scott’s songs come from deep within him. As a lyricist, he has penned all of his songs for his upcoming CD entitled Dreams 2 Reality. Isbell also plans on releasing an EP called Destiny. Scott said, “every time I step onto stage, I am just that much closer to living my dream.”
Isbell is also an avid hockey player, playing ever since he was four years old. He currently plays for both a junior hockey team and his school team as well. When he is not performing, Scott enjoys spending time with his family.
